3 Steps to Incredible Health (Eat to Live) Day 9

Tuesday was spent at the repair shop 50 miles from home. I took my breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Finally done at 2:00 p.m. and then my automatic key wouldn't start the car. I got home in time to put supper together, eat, and get to bell choir rehearsal where I'm subbing.

Having the left overs ready to go made it very simple to pack up and stay on plan when stuck in a place that had the same break room we used to have at school. The only thing healthy in sight was juice and herbal tea.
Yep! herbal tea.

Now, to finish planning the contents of the cooler for the trip. Thanks to members of the Eat To Live Team for their suggestions of things to take on a long road trip. I've gotten to the point where I don't enjoy the fast food places along the interstate anymore. Not for meals or snacks at least.
Desserts are a different matter, but I'm on Exercise 7 this week:

It also means staying out of drive-thrus and restaurants along the highway.

I'd better go make some Possibility Balls to take with me so I don't stop for . . .!!
