It's been a busy week. Kids' physicals, my physical, physical therapy and a follow up visit for my son has kept me hopping. The horse also needed some dental work!
I still can't run. I didn't push it this week as we are leaving this afternoon for Colorado. My mom, both of my daughters and I are going to visit my sister-in-laws (they are both widows). It will be a mother-daughter trip of three generations.
While we are in Colorado, I am rewarding myself by having my back piece finished by the tattoo artist that started it. I will have to post a picture when I get back. This will be my 11th tattoo. I'm really excited. I am also having a saying that I like put on my wrist. It says Let go. Be .
It's to remind me to let the past go. LET GO of the issues, problems, situations, people, etc. that hold one back and concentrate (or Be) in the present. Be better! Be better about eating, be better about exercising, having a positive attitude, be thankful, remember your blessings, just BE.
The saying now has it's own website and it's also on Facebook. I've known about this little saying for several years and I really try to live by it. Too often we are caught up in what we "aren't" and concentrate on what we don't have. So I say.... Let go. Be
