A body in motion tends to stay in motion....right?
I'm on Day 5 of my reset program. I've tracked all my food. I've gotten in 15,000 steps each day (even if it means marching in place before bed). I'm back at the fitness center, albeit with lighter weights and many modifications. It's a slow process, getting back physically to where I was.
I'm now only 5.5 pounds above my all-time low. I can get that off and keep pushing forward.
I haven't failed, because I haven't given up. I can do this! YOU can do this!
