I am stuck on the scale, but it is weird because my clothes are getting big on me and my stomach has shrunk, so maybe I need a new scale. The past two weeks I have lost focus on exercise because we have our grandkids for 4 weeks. My life has been out of balance but I still try to log on Spark every day. I'm having faith that by the fall I will have lost 15 pounds if I keep tracking and eating better. Smoothies are good and the Nutri Bullet is a great blender for mixing fruits with cucumbers, celery or other vegetables. Sometimes I just have the fruit/vege smoothie for dinner. Even though this is hard, I am still taking it one day at a time and not being discouraged.

    Hang in there! Try to focus on the other positives besides the scale; your clothes are fitting better, you're eating healthy foods, and doing good things for your health. Sooner or later that scale will move!!!! (So frustrating when you want it to move and it doesn't.)
