Finally summer!

..and i feel fine..

Its the 2nd day with walking for an hour in the morning.
Glad - i can do it again. No pain till now emoticon

Yesterday in the evening i lost track of NoS. Wanted to save calories with a turkish Tomato-Soup plus salad, but was all hungry after. Suited it with a spoonful of ice-cream, then a small piece of cheese.
Finally i gave in and had a piece of turkey-breast with baguette.
Later - i grabbed three raisins from daughters fruit-bowl.
No too much calories in sum, but not a NoS - simply a lousy planning. And i did not feel good with it. emoticon

Had a nice lunch today after my walk. Planned better so im satisfied.
Will go to a thermal spa later and have some water gym.
