Shaun T's Focus T25

In addition to running a few days a week, I joined a Beachbody Challenge to complete Shaun T's Focus T25 program. It's a nonstop high impact workout for 25 minutes. It's definitely intense but I'm glad it's ONLY 25 minutes. You are definitely sweating afterwards. I highly recommend it! Keep sparkin!
