So day 2 was a great day!! Walked to anf from work ( even with waking up late) anf I walked during my lunch break.... I didnt think that addinh those two walking routines would. Be around 5 km and burn 300. Cant wait till I start running again!! I stayed on track all day with my food even though. I was super hungry because I didnt have my morning smoothie. I had made one yesterday and didnt drink and I had one sip of it today nd noticed the fruit had turned :(. With nkt having my smoothy I was kinda hungry all day and I was getting mid day cravings. I stuck to theb place and everything was fine! I also ended up getting a gym membership last night. It was great after I signed up there was a group orientation with a personal trainer for fred for anyone at the gym. It was great! She showed us how to use the different machines, got us to try them out and made sure we were doing them right, and gave us great advice. After doing a couple reps on the machine with the group I went on the treadmill for a bit. I notice now how much I would run outsidethrn on a treadmill. On the treadmill I have like no motkvation to keep going -- unlike outside you kinda have to lol. Right after the gym I was hoing to make zuchinni chocolate muffins but as soon as I laid d own ( I was doing my fitnress tracker) I totally passsd out. I guess tommorrow I am going to have to make a couple recipestl get to my goal of making 3 new recipes a week .
