I'm angry today. Over a lot of silly things and I hope that it eases as the day goes on. I have a dr appt later today that I am a bit fearful of at the moment. I'm hoping it goes smoothly and turns out to be nothing. Weighed in this morning down .2 from Saturday's weight so I need to keep focused on portions and making good choices. Yesterday I binged on crap for lunch but had a semi healthy dinner so it should be okay.

Goals for today:

emoticon At least 5 servings of freggies emoticon

emoticon Complete 1 report emoticon

emoticon Try to find a way to calm my anger and be patient with DH emoticon

emoticon Get in at least 3000 steps emoticon

    I hate starting my day out irritated/angry/frustrated. You're right to calm it and focus on what you need to do today. If I was there, I would go for a walk with you and let you vent! That's what I usually need to do to let it go. Hope things go well at the Dr's today.
