Day 22 - Weigh In Day

For the first time in years, the scale is consistently moving in the right direction :) It really is motivating to see the early morning gym and meal planning pay off. ( for the first time in 22 days I haven't prepared lunch and I feel so lost - not making that mistake again :( )

I go on holiday from tomorrow and I'm nervous that I won't be able to keep up the food part of the deal. A lot more eating out, a lot less control over what I eat. The fitness will be easier. If anything I am very likely going to log more fitness minutes in the next 10 days than in the entire 22 days that I have been doing this - so hopefully that will cancel out the potential slips. Its a good thing I'm so competitive, I don't want to lose my log in streak so I have to make sure I make it to 30 days . I'll also have a lot of family support so that will make it easier - its the nights out I'm a little nervous about. Not so much the alcohol, (I'm not a big drinker) but the junk that comes with it.

    Well done to you!
Just plan ahead. I am seldom without a protein bar or some almonds in my bag. And of course, some water! That way I am never desperate, and don't have to eat junk, unless I want to and planned for it.
