getting back on track!!

I have been sliping abit the weight is sneaking back. Not alot I have kept alot of my good habits in place. I am living life going to parties eating cake and ice cream enjoying burgers and potato salad. My over all being needed to just enjoy things like smores and score bars. I have had my fun have not done to much damage and going back to tracking and everything else that will get me to one of my goals of weighing under 200 lb. i am now around 235 need to work hard on the next 35lb . I know how to do it just need to keep the extra stuff out of my mouth. I will start tracking again and if there is room for a roasted marshmellow then so be it.
