Being Healthier in my Sleep

In my sleep this morning I was dreaming about ways I could improve being healthier. Along with praying that God would send answers that I may have been overlooking. Pray I want to do better and be healthier. I could see myself jogging and feeling the wind blowing at me. Knocking out the excuses of not enough time or not feeling motivated and being more like NIKE and just do it. So I woke up with a brand new outlook and approach to routine. Just do it. Make the time, find the time, rearrange the schedule to get it done. Dreaming how I could tweek my meals and beverages. You could say I had being healthier on the brain and in my prayers and this morning woke up with more answers. I thank God for that.
