MInd to Nellie...

Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Hey there, Nell,
Could we have a cool glass of water emoticon before I respond?... Thanks! emoticon ...Look, this whole process of capturing thoughts in a net emoticon is much more involved than you seem to perceive it to be. emoticon

First of all, ideas do not just calmly line up outside my door and wait for an entrance nod. emoticon Often they just plow right in assuming ownership for a moment, emoticon until others shove them out of the way.

Secondly, this neat plan we have “finalized” is all well and good for an ideal, emoticon but who has time to implement all this dragging up of old brain files emoticon on each subject area , comparing it to scripture? emoticon Your thoughts whirl around and fight one another for dominance in my vestibule emoticon and I can’t bring order! emoticon

Thirdly, you are deciding which will remain by feeding them. emoticon emoticon Yes, it is you, dear Nellie. You say to me, “Oh that one sounds good. Let’s let it stay.” emoticon Or “This one is lonely, find some companions in there who think as it does.” emoticon emoticon

Fourthly, the “delicious” thoughts emoticon you’ve kept come down to welcome renegades emoticon immediately, dance around with them emoticon and refuse to listen to me. emoticon

Fifthly, you need to be much more stern, now! emoticon

There, I’ve said my piece in peace. emoticon
