30 Day Ab Challenge - Day 5

Day 5 of the ab challenge was a bit tough. For the first time I split the exercises into two - sit-ups (30) and crunches (12) then later in the day leg raises (12) and plank (20 seconds). This was definitely more comfortable and I will continue like this for the rest of the challenge.
