Reinjured my groin strain. I started physical therpay two weeks ago and am having to wait to woggle. Doing my exercises for physical therapy and feeling better but we will see tomorrow is my second session. Hoping to soon get cleared for woggling. One of my PT will be in the pool to make sure i don't get reinjured again. It's been challenging but I am doing my best right now. My eating has been all over the place and i'm sure it will get better but for now i am just doing the best i can which is walking. will work on the rest slowly to get myself listening to my body again on what it needs.
Non Scale victories water and exercise in check now if i can completely get back on track it would help but for now i'm doing enough!
