The hardest part of this journey is finding the time and sticking to the plan. My work schedule was extremely crazy last week which through off my whole routine. I found myself missing breakfast or getting it hours later. I did find time to exercise but the eating was my stumbling block because I wasn't prepared. I need to plan my meals a week in advance and do prep work so I can grab and go for work. So this week I am going to do my best to make a meal plan for the next week and do the shopping and prep the meals. So here is to a new strategy. I hope it works. The bonus today was I decided to take my exercise book to work and my 8lb hand weights. I have selected 5 exercises everyday to do 2 sets of 8-12 reps that I will do when I need to take a break from my computer. Everyday there will be new exercises. I am parking in the back lot and walking into the building and climbing the 2 flights of stairs. Plus I am going to cut down on my emails and walk to talk to co-workers.
Here's to beginning to focus and work toward getting down to 150 over the next several months and training for my triathlon.
