Day 4 Better Sleep Challenge

Trying to determine why I woke up so exhausted this morning. I managed to get to bed by 9.30pm, my new goal time, and was probably asleep by around 10pm. I woke up at 10.30pm but didn't really wake up more during the night than I normally do. I also slept more between 5-6am then I have been recently but still really exhausted and was very tempted to just keep 'sleeping' after my goal time of 6am but managed to get up. At least I know my general habits seem to be getting better so here's to hoping.
