Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Back to work with an 8 hour shift in the morning. . Hopefully I can make a better outcome this time around. cheers, Keith.

Some days it just goes sideways. You are recovering and getting back on your feet, which is the most important thing. You are doing an awesome job over all, so don't get too wrapped around the axle over one day. You can do this!

Hope you have an awesome shift! emoticon

Bad days come along. For me I think more frequently than they should. Each is a lesson to get us moving back in the right direction.

Put some good food in your body and you'll feel better. Hang in there, Keith!

Yes, you can. You are taking actions to complete your goals.

More than 50 pounds ago, I was an insulin dependent diabetic. On days when i didn't eat or didn't eat right, my sugars were all over the place. I hated how that made me feel and I hated how many shots that meant too! Hopefully you'll have a better day and be the boss of your food! emoticon
