Yesterday for some reason my food got out of control. I can't even remember what I ate but in the morning I felt like crap. I didn't want to eat anything today and didn't just stayed in bed. Back to work with an 8 hour shift in the morning. . Hopefully I can make a better outcome this time around. cheers, Keith.

    Some days it just goes sideways. You are recovering and getting back on your feet, which is the most important thing. You are doing an awesome job over all, so don't get too wrapped around the axle over one day. You can do this!

    More than 50 pounds ago, I was an insulin dependent diabetic. On days when i didn't eat or didn't eat right, my sugars were all over the place. I hated how that made me feel and I hated how many shots that meant too! Hopefully you'll have a better day and be the boss of your food! emoticon
