Keeping at it

So I had an entry, but because I used html, it got erased. I'm not pleased. So this posting will be much shorter and less informative.
Put in a 15 minute power yoga work out. Hoping to do a longer one tomorrow.
-- Eat a 'real' breakfast that doesn't consist of a luna bar or cereal.
-- Drink 8 glasses of water
-- Do a longer yoga or dance routine.
