After spending some serious time looking at my food journal, I've realized 3 things:
1. I am consistently not getting enough proteins
2. I am consistently not getting enough fiber
3. I am way over doing the carbs
When I went back and looked at my journals from the last time I was at this weight and I plateaued, guess what!?!?!?! You guessed it! Not enough protein and fiber coupled with too many carbs.
SOOOOOOOO, tomorrow I will spend the morning re-doing my meal plans for the week paying close attention to protein, cholesterol, fiber and carb content. Thinking at this point my planning error was that I was meal planning on an empty stomach/low blood sugar time. Which I know full well makes me start craving carbs. Now that I've figured that out and committed to getting more strength training in along with a change up in my cardio, in hoping I can power through this plateau and keep heading in the right direction weight wise. I'm none too concerned about it at this point as I'm seeing body composition shifts.
