Day 19 Juicing #2

Long day...
Scale stayed the same. Went to the gyno appt and it went really well.
She was so happy to see me at a much better place and was shocked at my weight loss. She wanted to know how I did it.. so we talked about juicing :D

I am still craving fat. Badly. Had an avocado in my juice.
I might have to end the juicing before I get to 30 days- I will make my decision in a couple of days. The next plan of action is to do 10 day juice runs, on the first of every month. :D Body wants fat :D

    I was just juicing and added avocados. But yesterday I stopped juicing full time and switched to 2 meals juicing and one regular food plus 2 snacks. It will be a paleo geared plan so I will be adding a lot more protein which should help with the amount of exercising i am doing.

    Try adding more protein to your diet, I use between .8 to 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, it works well for me. I get my protein from meat, fish, eggs and protein powder. I find it hard to eat large amounts of meat hence the protein powder.

    I am glad to see your sticking with your program, keep plugging away you WILL get to your goal, best of luck.
