I think that because I have been eating less than 1,500 calories for a few months I am not as hungry as I was before. I am not obsessed by food either. I eat breakfast every day, lunch and dinner. I often have one or two snacks a day. I don’t want food loaded with calories and I am feeling better about my weight.
I am finding time every day to exercise. And I look forward to exercising. I am slowly losing weight and I plan on staying with Spark People even when I reach my goal. I look forward to tracking my food and my exercise.
But I am also a little depressed. I have been looking for a job for months and I have no leads. It is hard to get up in the morning and keep looking with no calls or interview at all this week.
