I was doing Chalean Extreme and Turbofire together and I have decided that I needed to cut the Turbofire out some.
My new schedule goes 2-4 miles walking to Leslie Sansone 5x per week
Chalean Extreme 3x per week using resistance bands. I have select weights but I decided to use the resistance bands this round and then free weights next round.
Turbofire Abs routine 20 min Mon and Friday 10 min Wed.
I have been doing this for 1 week so far and lost 3 pounds. I have also been dieting for over a year so this isn't water weight.
