Tuesday and Toward the Finish Line

Tuesday, July 09, 2013

Started early this morning at church helping with the drywall. I mainly was water boy and fetch it. DH wasn't going to help drywall but he couldn't stand the older men climbing the ladders. He only fell off the ladder once when a dry wall knocked him off. We stayed and helped all day. The plumber and electricians were there working. Another shift of tape and floaters are working tonight.

I am just amazed that a bunch of people who really don't even know us are willing to work really hard.
A hummingbird on the back deck at the old house. The rare flower is the plastic feeder.

The lizards and bunnies at the old house are quite prolific since there is no one to disturb them much.
I have never seen anything like the link before about the owl and the pussycat and had to share...

My fitbit quit today, but I can use an old pedometer until it is fixed or replaced.

Number 30 of the 71 "trust" Psalms...

Psalms 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. (Pretty simple plan, huh?)

God bless us with trust in You and inspire us to do good.

Very cool to work and see a building constructed from the beginning. Even better to realize that the work stays done, unlike dishes LOL I will have to look at video later, am on phone. Have a great night :)

It's great to see people working together to get the job done. It's heavy work. I've tried a little. Love the hummingbird. My feeders always spilled.
The link was laughing out loud fun!
Great verse. Simple plan as you say. Who can afford the things some say we need to prepare ourselves with (and still give to missionaries, in the lands that will never have those things). Hope I didn't over step
