Six week detox plan

After much consideration I decided to do another 6 week detox. I was on one back last October and I lost a lot of weight and considering that I am needing to get the sugars out of my system there is no better way to start than right now.
This isn't a special diet, fad, or what not. There is no pills, drops, teas (even though I am drinking tea daily) it is a simple NO SUGAR, REFINED CARBS plan.
It is unlimited fruits, and veges. At least 1 cup of legumes, 2 starches, 1 oz nuts or oil. Tomorrow marks my first day. Although today I ate so bad so tomorrow I start my regimen.
Today: Not a typical day.
Breakfast: Raw protein shake with unsweetened almond milk
Lunch: 1 cup choco crisp gluten free cereal, 1 cup almond milk, betty granola fruit bar, and 2 tblspoons almond butter
Dinner: Chicken thigh, Salad and an Apple.
Tomorrow is a new beginning to my diet and this time I am not going to let people judge what I eat. It is hard enough but I get a lot of comments about my eating habits and it was working for me and then I stopped eating salads and fruit and so on because I was listening to other people and I wasn't losing, I am back to eating salads and fruit and everything and I am losing just fine. Anyway, off to bed. I will update on my progress as often as possible.
