I am starting week 3 and am feeling so much better mentally and physically. I have more energy for a change and it feels fantastic!
I'm so glad that I've been able to stop beating myself up when I am not perfect. That has been my biggest battle.
Still enjoying trying new recipes from the SparkPeople Cookbook. Tonight we tried the Pad Thai with chicken instead of tofu. It's a keeper! There is enough for lunch tomorrow too.
