Day 620 of my exercise streak! Staying indoors today

I did a 20 minute seated resistance band workout (Coach Nicole) from SparkPeople. There wasn't any way I was going outside to do anything - it was 94 degrees at 5pm and felt like 103 so I was determined to stay indoors and I needed to get some strength training in so . . . voila! Done!
