Good foods, good workout, good day!

I just got hit by an intense wave of sleepy, BUT still want to get a post out.

Today was good! I did splurge a little and had pizza for dinner but still fell under my max cals for the day so YAY! I do worry I may have overdone the dairy with that cheese but..oh well nothing to do about it now!

I had an awesome hourish long workout which was completely awesome. I did a bunch of arm weight exercises. A little bit of ouch! I gotta get rid of this arm flab though it's really starting to bug me. If you have any favorite arm exercises let me know!

Tomorrow I am in training all day long and they are bringing in lunch. With my gluten-free, those meals are often pretty difficult for me so I'm gonna try to have a good sized breakfast and stock up my bag with snacks for the day! Wish me luck!

    Awesome and YAY is right! WTG:) All the best with the lunch. Those can be tough, especially when they bring stuff in. You can do it!
