Unfortunately it is easier 2 fall back into old habits; then 2 fall in2 new habits.
I m bac to munching all the time; I want 2 eat everything.
My sleep is back 2 just about 2 hrs up an hr 2 more hrs. Sometimes I think I would b better off not even sleeping.
I havent been to the gym but 3x in the past 2 wks. Prayerfully now that hubby has a gym membership & I have a personal trainer 2x a mth. I will get on track with that.
I have 2 once again say GOOD-BYE 2 OLD HABITS
