Combination 1 - ALL the compression garments

Today I decided to go all out on the Compression wear. I work the Waist Trimmer belt around my pooch. Then on went the compression Shorts and the Compression Shirt, then my High Impact bra. Then loose fitting shorts and shirt over that.
All dry wick (besides the trimmer belt).

There was no belly flapping. There was more bouncing in my midsection because the trimmer belt pushing up on my 'flab', but I was supported very nicely.

I ran 2.6 miles on the treadmill in intervals over 45 minutes, then did some planks.

Stripping off the layers, I was a sweaty mess. The Compression shorts were soaked like someone had put them in water in places.

Going to wash it all tonight, and try a different combination tomorrow.
