Today was my last coaching session at Curves and I feel good! It has taken me six, LONG months to achieve my goals but I did it.. I have lost 27 lbs, 18 of which is FAT! My goal weight was 150lbs but I am maintaining at 148 lb. It still feels pretty new to be at this weight so we'll see how it goes. I leave for California and on to Australia in two weeks....that isn't too long to get on track but I think that I can do it. I have also been able to increase my fitness level substantially and now, walking 4-5 miles per day is normal most days! I can really tell a difference in my strength, flexibility and endurance. I actually have more energy! So....here's to me!
