I was just looking over my daily nutrition feedback report, and I'm under on the carbs. Again!! Dangit, I really thought I'd get enough today. So I was talking with Chris about it, and mentioned that there is a certain number of carbs you need at a minimum to function. I told him about something I read that had to do with carbohydrates being an essential fuel source for proper brain function.
"Is that why you've been so forgetful lately?" He asked. I have been extraordinarily scatterbrained lately!! That could be it! I am so amused. I will work on that tomorrow, hopefully it clears the fog, I'd love it if it worked.
