The scale had good news for me today: 199! I know it doesn't sound that exciting to some, but it made my week.
Great workout today, too. Did some stuff I wasn't able to do before, including inclined stomach crunches and hip raises. Back is getting a little bit stronger every day. Hope everybody else is having success, even if it's slow, like mine.
