I'm still not making my daily caloric intake. I can't seem to eat enough. If I'm not hungry that's one thing but most days I think I'm eating enough but apparently I am not. I may meet most of the other nutritional goals but I am always short some days allot short on the minimum caloric intake. I eat plenty of fruits/veggies. I drink protein shakes w/ yogurt or kefir. Any other suggestions? Thanks
