June Progress and July Goals

Despite my last blog discussing my setbacks, I am still ahead of where I was last month.
My measurements all reduced since last month -- perhaps only .1 inches in places, but they are still headed the right direction!
My goals for July are as follows:
Accomplish a 20 minute run.
In Pilates, do the sit up where you roll up from a position where you are laying down flat. I don't know what it is called, but I'm tired of not being able to do it.
Follow my low carb eating strictly for the remainder of the month. I got a little too loosey-goosey with the whole "it won't hurt me to have french fries one time." I kept repeating that one time. I think I'm like the alcoholic that says "I've been doing so well, I'm going to see if I can just have one beer." The answer is no, I can't just have one beer because one leads to two and then I can't stop.
That's it! I can do it!
