I Was on Track and then my Train Derailed

Today I had a plan. I wrote it up last night. I followed the plan (mostly) so how did I go off track emoticon



My meals were fine today and I am happy with that. Where I went off track was with my snacks. We had some leftover crackers and ice cream left from Sunday so I ate some of it. I think that I wasn't satisfied with my lunch, even though it was yummy. Salad with walnuts and blueberries. I found this article interesting.

On another note, I also nailed my fitness plan today. I ran intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then later on did some Wii walking.

    You day turned out fantastic! The exercise really help you get the crackers and ice cream on the back burner. A little being sidetracked is ok!
