Today I had a plan. I wrote it up last night. I followed the plan (mostly) so how did I go off track emoticon

My meals were fine today and I am happy with that. Where I went off track was with my snacks. We had some leftover crackers and ice cream left from Sunday so I ate some of it. I think that I wasn't satisfied with my lunch, even though it was yummy. Salad with walnuts and blueberries. I found this article interesting.

Here's the highlights:

Skinny Secret 1: Step Away From the Screen
The undistracted eaters reported feeling fuller than the group that ate in front of a computer screen

Skinny Secret 2: Eat Water Filled Foods

Skinny Secret 3: Imagine Eating Before You Eat
Imagine eating the food before you eat it, then you will be familiar with it and not crave it. I'm not sure if this works but will give it a try when I'm craving licorice.

Secret 4: Take a Multivitamin
An obesity researcher suggests that the reason that taking a multivitamin helps you lose weight is that when your body is low on vitamins and minerals, your appetite fires up—prompting you to eat more to replenish the nutrients you’re missing.
