woot woot 211.0 and going down

Tuesday, July 09, 2013

It may not seem like a lot to some but I am down to 211.0 from 215.6 on June 17th. I haven't changed much of anything. I did start drinking my medical tea again, (spearmint, oolong, green, lemon balm, and parsly blend) and I can't say if it helps or not but I am not famished all day at all when I drink it and I have energy. Caffine maybe? Anyway, I am doing what it takes for me to lose weight. Considering I have no metabolism to speak of I am not overly concerned about messing it up. I am actually doing things to boost my metabolism properly and that is lifting weights and walking.
My friend did the HCG diet drops, I am impressed, she looks super. I did the shots a few years ago but gained the weight back, I didn't load right or do the maintance phase at all. I am hoping that she does and doesn't gain it all back. I never lost below 204 from 218 after all that. Koodos to her for giving it a go. I think I might try it if I don't lose below 200 by Christmas. LOL, at this rate I should. It is to soon to tell if I will continue on the loss I am doing. I was 214 until Sunday and then I dropped to 211 by Tuesday. 3 pounds in 3 days, how did I do this, I ate less and worked out more.

emoticon Losing the pounds is always a good feeling. I do want to mention that the fluid weight can play havoc on you as it is influenced in a big way by the amount of sodium you're taking in.

Stick with it and move that body to get you metabolic burn rate up.
