Here's some updates I've been neglecting! On the bright side, I'm chugging along on schedule with Insanity. I'm hopeful about sticking to it this time around.
The workout was the Plyometric Cardio Circuit - probably tied with Cardio Power & Resistance for my least favorite of the workouts so far. In other words, I didn't want to do it. For some reason or another, I was feeling so down. I DID do the workout, but in the final circuit...I hit a metaphorical wall and started crying. Finished it out, but ended up having a mini-binge that night. Not sure what's up.
Rest day! Took advantage of it, and didn't do anything - though I originally wanted to go cycling or walking. I regret it somewhat, but I ate well enough, so I didn't beat myself up about it.
The official start of Week 2! :) My mom and I did Zumba, then I got home, did Cardio Power & Resistance decently, and ate a nice dinner of eggs and sausage. Not too shabby! I had a lot of fun at Zumba, but it did take its toll on me during Insanity. Zumba is a great stress-reliever for me, though...I've got to figure out a way to space out the workouts!
Today is Day 9 - Pure Cardio. I'll get it done once I get home!
