What if - this is as good as it gets?

So many troubles! So little time! I was told yesterday by the doctor to start a journal to help with .... depression! How can I do this? I have a husband! If he reads it .... yahoo! Because life starts and ends with him?!?!?? How can I have issues! I am there to serve....
So after another argument last night.... I thought I could journal here on Spark People! This should be safe....

Here goes... Talked to the husband this morning and asked him... What if this is as good as it gets? Why not be happy right here... right now... it is our choice....

We can work on what we need to do... because we really do know.. we just can't find the motivation to do it and KEEP doing it.... Wow! Feel less stressed already!

Back to work... and then 2nd job... and then get some stuff done at home! Thanks! :)

    I use the planner to journal its not open to the public and I don't have to fear anyone at home will read it. I can be completely brutally honest and not have to worry about hurting feelings its such a release!

Plus we are trying to declutter here who needs another book laying around!

    Journaling sounds like a good idea. I used to journal and enjoyed it. There is a Spark team for those with depression. You might want to check it out. emoticon
