Hello Sparkies. I feel I needed to check in after its been so long. My Cellulitis seems to be getting better, but it took me out the game for just a bit. My leg hurt so bad I could not stand on it so i have been on a bit of bed rest for about a week and a half.
I feel lazy getting back into the beat of things. However i am glad to report I lost 20 pounds. I found out at the doctor's. i was so excited when she weighed me. The conversation went like this.
Nurse: Please step on the scale
Me: Okay, but you will need to start at 350
Nurse Okay...that's fine, but you are only 352
Me: What...Let me see! YEA BAABY!
I gave my husband a high five. My goal was to be down to 360 by then end of July and I am about to break 350. Now my goal is to be down to 300 by my birthday by August 30. I started setting bigger goals after that news.
So I still have been eating right, but I just stopped logging it. I did have some snow crabs with the works on Saturday and greens on Sunday. i figured what the hell I am going to work this week even if it hurts.
So now I am back doing the damn thing. I got my morning workout in and my afternoon INSANITY. Shawn T is no joke. My date with him this afternoon made me think if I wanted a second or a third date. However, Shawn is going to help me get this wait off so I guess I WILL SEE HIM AGAIN.
Well, the good thing is I'M BACK and I thought I would show you some of my meals I made while on break.
