Making it work!

I got tempted by some kettle chips. I had them for lunch and had to change around my nutrition tracker to try to make my ranges work. I ended up having to decrease the amount of chicken pasta I am going to have to dinner to 1/2 cup instead of a cup to cut calories, drop my 1/2 cup of cottage cheese I was going to have this afternoon, again to cut calories. And increase my apple from 1/2 to a whole apple to make up for the fiber I am losing with the chicken pasta. But it worked. Now the chips are gone and hopefully, the temptation with them.

    This is something I'm having trouble with this week too! I am giving in to fewer temptations, but need to think ahead and stick with the plan! emoticon

    Maybe if I spent more time rearranging and watching how that changes the food values, I might see a decrease in my temptation... emoticon
