12 week LiveFit Trainer - Prep

So today is my official first day, but Ill do a full post on that tomorrow.
I took yesterday as a prep day. Terrible idea starting prep on a Monday :( But I made it through. I went to two different grocery stores and only forgot a few things :) I loaded up on vegetables and I had a decent amount of lean protein sitting in the freezer so didn't have to get too much. I didn't have a food scale or a blender so I purchased those as well. I was worried about the cost of this program but if I look at how much I spent on just food (not counting spices and the scale, etc) it really wasn't bad. Also, I went to a store with great produce but I easily couldve gotten some things at walmart or target for a much better price.
I came home, unpacked the endless groceries, and did some more prep. I hard boiled some eggs (I'll be eating A LOT) and made up the turkey muffin recipe. Haven't tasted but they look pretty good. I see myself struggling a bit to get into a routine with food prep since it is so much more difficult to pack a healthy lunch than to buy it at work! But the good thing is that if I am exercising well I will usually eat well too.
OH! I also took before pictures! At the end Ill do full transformation shots but Ill leave you with one today. In my mind, I am still the tiny girl I was in college. On film, I finally realized what I have become and what I want to be. Baby steps! Tomorrow I will be back to tell you about day 1 and joining a gym!
