Juice Fasting Plan

Tuesday, July 09, 2013

I picked up my juices to begin my 3 day juice fast/cleanse tomorrow morning.

Here is the basic set up. I have provided the details on what was given to me and my instructions. I'm the one who assigned times to the juices, based on my schedule. Juices are mixtures of the listed ingredients. Notice juice number two on Friday---HOT!!!! The last juice on Friday (the third day) is very similar to the lemon, cayenne and maple syrup fast I experimented with so many years ago.

Once I begin this thing, I'm sure I'll have more to say about it, lol. Wish me luck!
