So today I made baked tofu for the first time and its tasty! I just made my own marinade and marinated it(sliced fairly thinly) for a few hours. Squeezed out some of the marinade then baked in the oven till they were firmed up. I used the leftover marinade in the quinoa and it's super tasty. I also made some fried cabbage then added some red wine vinegar and a dab of sugar. YUMMMM. So, it was a good vegetarian/vegan meal. And, plenty of leftovers for another meal.
I have decided that i'm not tracking food. It's to time consuming and stressful to track every tiny little thing. I use a lot of different things for flavoring and big recipes. I'm just going to eat right and go from there.
I'm going to go screw with the pool here in a min. So, I can start using it for exercise.
