still going!! gain a lb loose a lb! I sort of ate bad over the 4th,and have not been working out as much. So much still on my mind I am not as focused as I should be. But i do manage to get my walks in, and have been walking the dog every evening when it is not raining. I am happy to see some results in my appearance. Looking back at my winter pics i can see the difference in my face and neck area. Now i want to see a difference in my stomach!! But I will be patient...this is not a race.
Still going through my marriage crisis,at this time i am staying, but who knows what will come of it? I know what the bible says...but sometimes life is hard...we are not perfect...we sin...God still loves us! I have learned through my situation not to be so judgemental on others. You never know what someone is going through unless you walk in their shoes! I do appreciate all the messages I got from everyone, the prayers and advice, and just letting me know I can talk to them!
I was so excited to see that netflix updated merlin!!! I can finally finish the show :) happy but sad about that! I have really enjoyed it and dont want to see it end. Looking forward to Nov for the 50th Doctor Who!! But who wants to rush summer right??

I can relate to your post a lot. I lost track of my diet for a few days and I am trying to still get completely back on track. Have missed the gym and ate horrible on Saturday and Sunday nights. But you are right. Its not a race, its about keeping at it until it becomes a lifestyle and we meet our goals. Good luck to you ! emoticon

You've got a great attitude! You're right, it's not a race, this is more an endurance event since we're all in it for the long haul! Best of luck on your journey! emoticon
