Yesterday I got invited over to my friends house for dinner. I had everything planned out as I knew what they were having. Except for the green bean casserole and the homemade french bread. I had a little more than I had planned, but still wound up going over my calories by about 200. Still, all in all, I did much better at eating correctly than I have done in the past at last minute things like that. I wish I would have skipped the green bean casserole. I really didn't need it.
Today I have not been feeling so well. I've had problems with being lethargic and shaky again. I've kinda had this numb feeling all over. I don't know what the deal is. My husband went to get subway. I am hoping that once I eat I will feel better. I'm assuming that I need to eat at regular intervals. I hate that this is standing in my way of dropping down my calories. I also have not been exercising due to this. Yesterday I could have exercised, but I was too busy. The difference yesterday was that I had eggs and toast for breakfast instead of the cereal I had today and the yogurt and fruit that I had on Sunday. I think that having a decent breakfast is key. I may have to settle for eating a little bit more so that I can feel healthy. It makes me wonder if I am really supposed to be eating the amount that I am setting out for- 1550- or if it is more about the types of foods that I am eating.
