Oy! It hurts.

Alrighty folks. I have a tendency for all or nothingness. I push and push and push, well into "pain" hoping that I can come out on the other side of it-- because I've set a goal!
Today's goal was 20k steps or more. I did 25k Sunday. 17k yesterday. And I'm at 13k already today. 7k more to go. Which would normally mean a second workout to make goal. But, I hurt. My feet hurt. My back hurts. Everything feels pushed and strained. So, the steps will fall where they may today. And maybe even tomorrow. Not giving up or giving in, just listening to my body as it says it needs a bit of a break today.
We will see what tomorrow holds. I'll let my body guide what I do tomorrow.
