Unfortunately, instead of a 1lb loss, I GAINED 3lbs. awesome.
More proof that Math sucks, haha!!
I know that I can't stop what I am doing just because the math didn't add up to a loss and apparently eating less than you burn doesn't always equal success, but it is a bummer to see that I did it right and still gained weight. boo, hiss, pity party!
