Quick note and pics!

Slogging along not really motivated to exercise. The weight's still dropping, albeit slowly. I needed some new clothes so I went shopping. Just a couple of pics with the "fun" stuff I picked up. Maybe wearing the new clothes will remind me of how far I've come and will possibly light a fire under my ass to get moving.

Since October 1, 2012 (RNY on 2/27/13), I've lost 161 pounds. *half-hearted Hoorah*

    You are doing great!! I look at this journey a bit like a roller coaster.... some days you are flying down the coaster, feeling great, other days you are on the slow climb up to the top of the coaster.... Don't be discouraged! YOU HAVE DONE AMAZING so far, 161 pounds is quite the accomplishment, enjoy it, and know that you have made a great change for yourself and your health in 9 months! YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOALS!

    161 pounds in less than a year is nothing to be half-hearted about! I don't know about you, but, I would NEVER have lost even half of that within 9 months!

Think about it this way... In 9 months, you have lost an entire ADULT! During that same time, a pregnant woman will have created something between 5 and 10 pounds. Both are MAJOR accomplishments! Both are things that people should be proud of!

Just keep on keeping track of your intake, drinking your water, and taking your vitamins, and you'll keep on losing. Maybe a bit slower at times, but you will lose! emoticon
