For some one who was being very self-congratulatory, about her maintenance skills I have not been doing the best job.
I have been steadily re-gaining about a half a pound a week now for awhile.
now I am up 6 pounds total.
I do not believe it has anything to do with my decline in participation on SparkPeople either. I actually still log in everyday, I just have not had time to blog.
I know very well what the vast majority of my problem is.
Food. Junk food. A semi-constant stream of hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, ice cream, chips, chicken fingers, pizza & often beer to wash it down with.
Yay summer food!
I know very well that I cannot do that.
These foods are not forbidden to me, but I simple can not eat them in the quantities I have lately been shoveling them in and expect not to pay for it.
No amount of exercise is going to un-do all that.
Thankfully I have kept up with my exercise or the damage would be worse.
Anyway, time to access and do better.
