Week 2 Day 3 New You Workout

I managed to get through my first 12 hour shift staying within my calories but I did not drink all of my water. I have to get better with that one today but otherwise, so far so good. I have a normal shift today and tomorrow and then two more 12 hour shifts. It is supper important to maintain my workout schedule but I am certain I can do this. This morning I got up and started my Runkeeper workout in Hunter River. It was 3 minute interval training. The last interval I did was 1 minute so it was a little tough for me. I kept trying off and on throughout my 3 minute fast period but I got through it. It was a good workout. I was doing really well with my pace in the first half of my workout. I then noticed that the gps was picking up a road just ahead that I was not aware of. I decided to go a little further to see what it was all about. It turned out that there was no road but a row of trees that might have been one at some point. I completely botched my time on the way back and really stopped caring about it. Anyway, it was not the worst time I ever had but not the best either. I did enjoy it too and ended off in the gazebo doing some final stretches.
I loved it. I also enjoyed the New You workout today. It was for arms and I could really feel the tenderness in my muscles. Did the workout better this week and think I will try heavier weights next week.
